Voltage Fluctuation (Sags/Surges)

Sags and surges in the line shall not cause the line-to-line or line voltage to deviate from either its nominal or average value by more than 7%, whichever is less.

Brownouts

If there are consistent voltage losses of greater than 8 cycles (120 msecs) a battery UPS is recommended.
